Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, or weather conditions.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to domestic and select international locations.

  • Domestic shipments are fulfilled via trusted courier partners.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Customs processing delays

  • Natural events or force majeure circumstances

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
